Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, or pet hair
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Seasonal or holiday items
- Sale or clearance items
- Thrifted items
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, returns are issued as store credit, and you may place a new order using the credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 3 business days after product arrival for order processing before shipping.
